4. Booking and Payment
4.1 Booking
All bookings for our Services must be made through our Site. By booking a Service, you agree to provide accurate and complete information, including details about your pet(s). We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any booking at our discretion.
4.2 Payment
Payment for Services is required at the time of booking. We accept payment through the methods specified on our Site. All payments are processed securely, and we do not store your payment information. Prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated and are subject to applicable taxes.
4.3 Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled Service to be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the Service will not be eligible for a refund. Refunds will be processed within a reasonable time frame and returned to the original payment method.

You agree to use our Site and Services only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. You agree not to:

By booking a Service, you represent and warrant that your pet is in good health, up to date on vaccinations, and free from any condition that could pose a risk to other pets or our staff. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue a Service if we believe that your pet poses a risk to other pets, our staff, or the public.
